Mark White
A lifelong Memphian and music fan, Mark played in various bands during is partially misspent youth. Growing up in midtown offered the opportunity to witness some great local bands. Attending concerts throughout the 70’s, 80’s and beyond has been a constant source of joy and inspiration. Turning people on to new music has also been a fervent desire, which makes this podcast a true labor of love. Mark still lives in the Memphis area and attends concerts and shows whenever he can.
Carey Michael
Carey has lived in Shelby County his entire life. Early hobbies were baseball, drawing, and, of course, music. He took classical piano lessons for 10 years, but truly appreciates all genres of music. Some of his favorite genres are rock, pop, and blues. A few of his musical influences have been The Beatles, Elton John, Wings, Styx, ZZ Top, John Mayer, and Steve Miller.
He loves playing, talking about, and listening to music. He is married to Dana, and has three sons, three daughters-in-law, and one granddaughter.
