Larry Raspberry – Special Guest Mark Bryan

I hope you were in Memphis during the time we’re going to be talking about. Music was (in Mark’s opinion) at it’s best. Some of the local bands were staples on the local circuit. This episode features a good friend, Memphis musician Mark Bryan. From his time with Larry Raspberry which we’re discussing today to Jimmy Davis, Rob Jungklas, and more, Mark has held down the bass for some of the best in the business.

This episode’s focus is on Larry Raspberry’s album We Have Not Yet Begun to Sweat, recorded the last night of the local music haven Solomon Alfred’s. The show was also broadcast live by Redbeard on Rock103. If you ever had the pleasure of seeing Larry live it was a show! He always assembled the top talent for his shows and this was no exception. Jack Holder, Greg Morrow, and Mark were the perfect musicians for this special show. Listen as we talk about the show and some of Mark’s other work.

Thanks for joining us Mark!
